30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened cosmetics, makeup, or beauty products
- Intimate apparel or swimwear (unless defective)
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return

2. Provide reason for return and photos if item is damaged/defective
3. We'll send you return instructions and address
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at roseameriastore@gmail.com and we'll assist you with the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at roseameriastore@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
